You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Simply tap the profile icon, then select "Delete Account" from the menu. This will permanently remove your account, liked watches, swipe history, and any shared collection links.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WatchMatch is not directed toward children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WatchMatch website at info.watchmatch.app and the WatchMatch app at watchmatch.app (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Media3 Labs Corporation ("Media3 Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

2.2 What WatchMatch Does

WatchMatch helps you discover timepieces that match your personal style by curating and displaying watches from independent and microbrand manufacturers.

Important details:

• WatchMatch does not manufacture or sell watches.
• WatchMatch does not process payments or handle transactions.
• If you click on a link to a watch brand or retailer, you will be redirected to a third-party website. Any purchase or interaction there is governed by that third party's terms and policies.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using WatchMatch, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.4 Accounts and Authentication

You may browse WatchMatch without creating an account. Certain features—such as saving favorite watches or personal settings—may require you to sign in using third-party authentication (e.g., Google or Apple via Supabase).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree not to share your account with others or use someone else's account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an abusive or fraudulent manner.

When using WatchMatch, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service for commercial use without our explicit permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim—or, if none, $0.
